I just spent a glorious week on the Bolivar Peninsula of Texas (east of Galveston by ferry) - no wireless connection for the Internet and no cell phone reception except a brief mile or two on the way to the market for supplies. This is my latest idea...Hopefully it won't be a dud.
My vision for this space is that teachers will not only join TheSpace4Teachers, but use it. So many teachers don't have an opportunity to network with teachers outside their district. This would be a great place to share ideas or lessons, to commiserate, to get help, to bounce ideas off others, to share successes (and failures). I hope you get the idea.
